Our Story

Crown Street Roasting Company is a specialty coffee roaster in the heart of downtown Jamestown, NY. Our café offers single origin drip and pour over coffee, a full espresso bar, bagel sandwiches, salads, and soup. Pick up a bag of freshly roasted coffee for home or a friend. We love what we do and it shows!

Meet the Owners

Nick & Mikayla Certo

In 2018, Nick joined Crown Street Roasting Company as a barista. Throughout the years, he learned the inner workings of the café and was promoted to Café Manager. When the opportunity to purchase the business arose, it was an easy “Yes.” Mikayla and Nick love Jamestown and have a passion for producing quality coffee and are proud to be the owners of Crown Street Roasting Company.

Mikayla and Nick live in Jamestown with their cat and two dogs. They love owning a business downtown, serving their community, and shopping and eating at all places local. 

Meet Our Café Supervisor

Sara Beebe

Sara assists with the day-to-day operations of the café and has been with us for over two years. She is passionate about giving our customers the best service. In her spare time, Sara loves learning about the coffee industry, reading, and gardening.
